REFUND POLICY / CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a NO Return/Refund or Exchange policy, only in case of product defect which has to be informed about within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, the product will be replaced with the same design

No cancellation of orders are possible under any circumstances. Prepaid or COD
If a cod order is placed and not accepted , the same customer will not be eligible for any further COD orders.

UNBOXING RULES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Unboxing video is compulsory for claiming an issue. No video no claim, no matter how old or loyal customer you are to me. Please understand this. no return refund exchange - not even for size

Unboxing Video Guidelines:

  1. Name & Shipping details on the parcel and the tracking Id should be visible in the video.
  2. The packet should be sealed. Open the seal while recording the video.
  3. Do not cut or pause the video while recording. The entire video should be recorded in a single take.
  4. Check the entire product for any defaults or defects in the video only. Any defect present in the product should be shown in the video.

IF THE VIDEO HAS NOT BEEN SHOOTED OR MADE BY NOT FOLLOWING OUR GUIDELINES THEN WE WONT ACCEPT ANY COMPLAINTS. THESE RULES ARE MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE.

 



PARTIAL COD RULES
Once the Parcel is shipped and it comes back unaccepted a penalty fee os Rs 300/- will be added to the amount to resend (courier charges). There is NO refund available on the partial paymend made or cannot be adjusted against any other order / product.
PLEASE NOTE - PARTIAL COD TAKES 2-3 DAYS EXTRA TO THE SHIPPING TIME

DAMAGES & ISSUES
We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will send you a label, and have the product collected. 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on PRIMO JEWELS website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
