FREE SHIPPING
Orders usually ship and are delivered within 5-7 business days of placement. In the event that the item(s) are being customized or they’re Footwear Bags please allow up to 12-15 days for your order to deliver. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions or if you need it urgently, custom clearance processes, and Courier Company caused delay delivery time.
UNBOXING RULES
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Unboxing video is compulsory for claiming an issue. No video no claim, no matter how old or loyal customer you are to me. Please understand this. no return refund exchange - not even for size
Unboxing Video Guidelines:
- Name & Shipping details on the parcel and the tracking Id should be visible in the video.
- The packet should be sealed. Open the seal while recording the video.
- Do not cut or pause the video while recording. The entire video should be recorded in a single take.
- Check the entire product for any defaults or defects in the video only. Any defect present in the product should be shown in the video.
IF THE VIDEO HAS NOT BEEN SHOOTED OR MADE BY NOT FOLLOWING OUR GUIDELINES THEN WE WONT ACCEPT ANY COMPLAINTS. THESE RULES ARE MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE.
PARTIAL COD RULES
Once the Parcel is shipped and it comes back unaccepted a penalty fee os Rs 300/- will be added to the amount to resend (courier charges). There is NO refund available on the partial paymend made or cannot be adjusted against any other order / product.

PACKAGING
THERE IS NO BRANDED PACKING AVAILABLE FOR JEWELLERY IT COMES IN A SIMPLE SAFE PLASTIC BOX.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) SHIPPING
Cash on delivery shipping is available only PAN INDIA (some pincodes may not be accessible for cod shipments). COD charges are an additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are able to ship internationally via Aramex. The amount charged depends on your country of purchase and will be calculated at checkout.
Currently there is no free shipping available on international orders.
INSURANCE
PRIMO JEWELS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by PRIMO JEWELS and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
TAXES & DUTIES
We offer free regular shipping on all pre paid domestic orders.
All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.
For all domestic orders (with India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.
